Not necessarily. Guests must complete a brief screening and follow all manufacturer contraindications and safety guidance. If you are pregnant, use an implanted electronic device, have a medical condition or are unsure whether the experience is appropriate for you, consult your licensed healthcare professional before booking.
Some guests feel deeply relaxed after a session. Allow yourself time to become fully alert before driving or operating equipment. Commercial drivers should schedule experiences during rest periods or after completing a shift.
Yes. Mobile private experiences and staffed multi-bed activations are available throughout South Florida, subject to venue access, safety, power and scheduling requirements.
Yes. We offer employee wellness days, executive lounges, customer-appreciation experiences, driver-appreciation programs and conference activations.
Individual appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full. Private and corporate activations are governed by the cancellation terms in the event agreement.
